My name is Araba (emphasis on the first ‘a’) and I’m a Ghanaian-British healer, wellness coach, DJ, cultural curator and writer.

I enjoy challenging stereotypes and correcting misconceptions about Africa (especially in relation to spirituality), mental health and what it means to be well.

I’m great with words, bringing people together and generally making people feel more positive about themselves and the world around them so, whatever your reason for being here, I hope that at the very least, my website puts a smile on your face 😁
