Araba gave a workshop at the Ada's List Conference 2018 on "Self Care Non-Negotiables". We had feedback from many people saying that it was the highlight of their day, thanks to Araba’s incredible presence and focus. She transformed the room from a corporate environment to a space where people felt comfortable to fall quiet & reflect. We were honoured to have Araba work with us for the event & would love to welcome her back in the future.
