Working with Araba has given me greater clarity & an overall improvement in my wellbeing. My coaching was very well structured & her approach was both professional & genuine at the same time. I am now less critical of myself & am learning to be more present & self-aware. Our work on friendships was the most impactful, helping me to accept that certain relationships are not what they used to be & let them go peacefully knowing that I did the best I could to make them work.
